Organized under the authority of the United Supreme Council, Grand Orient, Washington, District of Columbia Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite for the Thirty-Third, and Last Degree of Freemasonry, For the United States of America and Its Jurisdictions, Prince Hall Affiliated. The Virginia Council of Deliberation is composed of nine (9) Consistories that are duly constituted by the aforesaid United Supreme Council, Grand Orient, Washington, D.C.
